The games are free and there is nothing to sign. These are the rules that come with them.

2. Agreeing to these terms
By using Vuvuzela Games you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may change these terms — the date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
3. The games
The games are free to play in your browser. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play them for your own entertainment. We do not promise that the site, or any particular game, will always be available, or that it will work on every device or browser. We may add games, change them, or take them down at any time.
4. Fair use of the site
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent out, reverse-engineer or redistribute the games or any part of the site, except as the law allows;
- embed or reframe the games on another site without our written permission;
- cheat, tamper with scores, or use bots, scripts or modified clients to submit results;
- interfere with the site’s operation or security, or try to access parts of it that are not public;
- scrape the site or hammer it with automated requests.
We may block access if you do any of these.
5. Scores, accounts and leaderboards
Today your scores are stored only in your own browser. When accounts and leaderboards launch, an account will be optional, you will be responsible for keeping your login details to yourself, and we may remove scores, names or accounts that are fraudulent, abusive or offensive. Choose a username that is not someone else’s name, trade mark or anything a reasonable person would find offensive.
6. Children
Our games suit all ages, and no account is needed to play. If you are under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before using any feature that asks for personal information. When accounts launch, anyone under 18 will need their consent to create one.
7. Our content
The games, their code, artwork, music and text, the Vuvuzela Games name and our logos are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may share links to the site freely, and you may share your own screenshots and scores. Anything more needs our permission.
8. Advertising and links to other sites
We may show advertising to keep the games free, and the site may link to other websites. We do not control what advertisers or those websites publish, and we are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. How advertising handles your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Health and comfort
A very small number of people may have a seizure when exposed to flashing lights or patterns, including in video games. If you or anyone in your family has had such a seizure, speak to a doctor before playing. Stop playing and get medical advice if you experience dizziness, altered vision, twitching, disorientation or convulsions. Take a break every so often, and play somewhere safe — not while walking, driving or crossing a road.
10. No warranties
The site and the games are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we give no warranties that are not expressly set out here. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 that cannot be limited by agreement.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of the site, including lost data, lost scores or lost profits. Because the site is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to R1 000.
12. Ending your use of the site
You may stop using the site at any time, and delete your account once accounts exist. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Please write to us first — most things are sorted out with an email.
